Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. We do have a minimum order of $75.00 to waive the $7.95 delivery fee

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering to Etobicoke and North York. We are always expanding our delivery services to serve more customers. Visit the our Delivery Information page to view a map of our delivery areas.

How do you pack my groceries?

Your order is hand-selected by a personal shopper who chooses only our freshest and finest. Your order is prepared and packaged in our fully refrigerated facility. Similar items are packed together (cereals, breads and other pre-packaged items are together, produce items are together, etc.).

How will I receive my order?

We provide a contactless delivery service. We will leave your order outside of your front door (if you're in a house), or with your concierge if you're in a condo. We can leave your order outside your condo unit door if needed and your building allows. If there is a buzzer number or any type of special instructions, please let us know through your order notes. We will send you a notification email and text to when your order is placed as well as a live tracking link once it is on route.

Can I add items to an order I have already submitted?

We are unable to add items to an existing order because we do not store your credit card information for security reasons. If you would like, you can place an additional order for the items you want to add. We kindly ask that if you would like to add items to an existing order that you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date so that we can guarantee your orders are successfully combined. We also ask that you respond to the text notification you receive after placing your add on order and reference your first order number to assist us in the process.

Can I return a product?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and our Health and Safety Policies we are currently not able to accept any product returns

Do I have to make an account before I shop?

No. Feel free to browse our products without creating an account. If you are not signed into an account, when you go to check out you will be prompted to create an account.

How do I pay for my order?

During checkout you will be prompted to pay using any of the following options: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, or American Express.

Can I view my previous order to use again later?

Yes. Once you place your order you can review it under the “My Orders” section of your account.
